Will My Courses Transfer?

Benedictine University at Mesa is committed to serving the needs of the current and future transfer student.  Click on the transfer equivalency button to see how your college-level course work will likely transfer to Benedictine University Mesa.  Instititutions for which equivalencies have been created are displayed alphabetically.  The Transfer Equivalency (TES) Portal is subject to frequent revision, as we continually add new institutions and course equivalencies. Check back often, and be sure to contact your academic advisor if you have any questions. We add new equivalencies every week.

Disclaimer: This portal provides an unofficial evaluation provided by the Office of Registrar to assist prospective students in choosing their educational paths and is subject to change.  The registrar will make an official determination of transfer credit acceptance after official transcripts for all of your previously completed coursework have been received.  This unofficial evaluation is intended to assist you with admissions decisions.  Failure to submit official transcripts may impact financial aid and registration for future terms.

  • You can create a personalized, printer-friendly list by clicking the "+ add my course list" icon that appears on every equivalency.
  • If your institution is not listed but is regionally accredited, we will still accept transfer credit from it. For more information, please send an official transcript to  the Office of the Registrar at mesaregistrar@ben.edu.

Transfer Equivalency (TES) Portal - I have read and understand the transfer policy.

As part of the evaluation process, a major checklist specific to your declared major is filled out, listing only the transfer credit that applies to requirements listed. There may be courses included in the total number of hours accepted that may not appear on your checklist simply because they do not satisfy a specific requirement. These hours will count towards the 120 semester hours required for graduation with a bachelor's degree.

Transfer credit is then posted on your Benedictine University transcript according to the decisions made at the time of evaluation. Once you are registered for courses, you can view your transfer credit and the corresponding equivalencies under the "view my transfer credit report" link on MyBenU.

Benedictine University at Mesa strives to maintain accuracy, consistency and integrity during every transfer credit evaluation, and makes every effort to research the courses completed.
